EONE / AUCKLAND, NZ
EVERY ANGLE. ONE SOURCE.
For Auckland general practice

The step before your receptionist.

The patients you never hear about, the ones who search, hesitate, and go elsewhere, start walking in instead. Everything they see before your front desk, taken care of.

Book 15 minutes or call 027 303 3839. I answer.
01 / The problem

Your patient meets you online before they meet anyone.

A patient meets your receptionist, then your nurse, then your doctor. Long before any of that, they meet you online, and that first meeting decides whether they walk in at all. They check whether they can find you, what your reviews say, and whether your details are current.

Search

They search and find nothing

No listing, no hours, no answer, so they give up and look elsewhere. You never knew they were looking.

Reviews

They read your reviews

A handful sitting unanswered reads as a practice that stopped caring, whatever the care is actually like.

Updates

The site is up, but a year behind

Most practice sites are live, not current. A flu campaign from last season, a doctor who left, fees from two years ago. Patients trust what they see, so stale pages quietly cost you enrolments.

None of these are clinical problems. All of them cost you enrolments. Getting you found is a build you do in weeks. Keeping the site current with promos, events, fees and new staff is the part that never stops, and the part a monthly plan pays for.

02 / The offer

Get found, get trusted, get chosen.

Found

They land on you, not the practice down the road

A patient searching for a doctor nearby reaches you first. The Google listing, local search and ads sit behind it.

Answered

Answered at any hour, without ringing reception

Patients get hours, fees and answers at 11pm and start enrolling online, so reception fields fewer repeat calls and picks up warm sign-ups instead.

In hand

One joined-up place, search to waiting room

Patients leave with printed material that matches what they saw online. Posters, enrolment packs, flyers and seasonal campaigns.

Not social media. Daily posting needs a voice and photos from inside your practice, so it belongs with your team, not with me. I will set you up to run it well rather than run it badly for you.

03 / Continuity

If I stop tomorrow, you lose nothing.

You have probably had a web person disappear before. Here is why this one is different.

Ownership

You own the accounts

Domain, hosting and every login stay in your name, in your own password vault. I have access, not custody, and hand it all back on request.

Standard

No locked platform

Standard WordPress, nothing bespoke tied to me. Any developer in Auckland picks up where I left off.

Documented

Written down

Every system, every account and every renewal date in one document you hold, reviewed each year.

04 / The alternative

The same work, hired out, is four people.

Four suppliers, rough monthly
Website upkeep and hosting$300
Google Ads management$400
SEO retainer$600
Design and print, per job$400
Every month$1,700+
One contract instead
All four disciplinesfrom $450
People to briefOne
Recruitment, KiwiSaver, leaveNone
Cover when I am awayMine to arrange
One monthly feefrom $450

Four invoices, four people to brief, and nobody who sees the whole picture. Or one part time hire near $41,000 in year one who covers one of these well and learns the rest on your time. One person who sees search, site, ads and print as one system pulls them all in the same direction, with thirty days notice if your funding changes.

05 / Exclusions

What I do not touch.

Practices ask about this first, so here it is plainly.

Clinical

No clinical advice

The website answers public questions only. Hours, fees, services, location, enrolment. Anything about symptoms directs the patient to call your team, or 111 in an emergency.

Records

No patient records

I do not connect to Indici, Medtech or any practice management system, and I do not book into your schedule. The online form starts enrolment and passes details to your team, nothing more.

Data

No patient data stored

Health information stays inside your systems, never mine. You get a written list of every third party service involved before anything goes live.

06 / Terms

Three ways to work together.

Same person behind all three. You move up when you want more, not because you have to.

Everywhere

Front Door Complete

$1,800 /mo plus GST

For a larger practice, or two sites, that wants the lot handled.

  • Everything in Front Door Plus
  • Nothing on your walls goes stale, print refreshed as needed
  • Your team sends patient email and SMS in minutes from ready templates
  • A second site or brand covered under the one contract
  • A monthly catch up, and same or next day on anything urgent
New website needed? A one off build from $3,500 plus GST covers the site, Google listing, enrolment forms and the patient question bank, with a handover for your reception team. If your current site is sound, skip the build and start on a monthly plan.

Prices are a starting point. Your proposal comes with your numbers on it, not these ones. Twelve months minimum so the work has time to pay for itself, then rolling with thirty days notice either way. I manage your Google Ads. The ad spend itself sits on your own Google account, so you set the budget and never pay it through me.

Fifteen minutes at your desk

If the work is not worth paying for, I will say so.
