QR code maker for print
Type a link to see your QR code.
Put it in your document
- Pages, Keynote, Word, InDesign, Affinity: insert the PNG. It carries its print size, so it lands at the size you picked. The SVG stays sharp at any size.
- Google Docs: select Insert > Image > Upload from computer and choose the PNG. Docs ignores the print size in the file, so click the image, select Image options > Size & rotation and type the width you picked.
- Canva: upload the PNG or SVG, then set its width under Position.
Sizes that scan
Each square of the code needs at least 0.4 mm on paper, and 0.5 mm when people scan from further away, like a poster. The note under the size tells you where your code sits. Longer links make more squares, so a short link scans at a smaller size. Keep the white border around the code, phones need it.

Working in Word?
The PrintReady QR add-in for Word turns a link in your document into a QR code with a right-click, at the size you set.
